Refund policy

We want you to be 100% satisfied with all your purchases from Sassy Chic Boutique!

If your order does not fit, is defective or simply is not what you wanted, contact us within 14 days and we will give you a replacement item or 100% refund of the cost of the item(s) to be returned.

The process is simple! Just ship the unworn item(s) with tags back including a copy of your invoice/receipt. All you pay is the cost of return shipping.

We will process returns and issue refunds within 5 days of receipt. If replacement has been request, your new item(s) will be shipped back to you at no additional charge.

**Any Items discounted during a Sale are not returnable; purchased made during discount sale are Final Sales. Item/s can not be return.**
